Founder & CEO
Petros Machas
Petros is a lawyer, businessman, and investor who has been based in Monaco since 2015.
He holds an LL.B. in law and philosophy of law from Greece, and an LL.M. in criminal law from Germany, where he graduated with honours. He also completed the Program on Negotiations (PON) at Harvard Law School and attended various leadership and financial education seminars.
After working as a junior associate and partner at a top law firm in Athens, Petros founded his own law firms in Greece and the UK. In addition, he established Max Fiduciaire’s Multi Family Office and Moneikos Global Asset Management in Monaco. Today, Petros serves as the Honorary General Consul of Greece in Monaco, Chairman of the Villa Kérylos Museum Association, and member of various prestigious clubs and associations.
Managing Director
Bianca Melchinger
Bianca, a German national, and Monaco resident since 1991, possesses extensive knowledge of the Monaco ecosystem. Her adept organisational skills enables her to manage a team of family offer advisors in Monaco offering bespoke services to HNW and UHNWIs.
Bianca’s previous roles include serving as an Assistant to the HR Director and General Management of the Metropole Palace, Deputy General Director and Export Manager of Blanc Foussy SA, and Administrator of the Luxembourg company, Somofix Holding SA. Her multi-disciplinary experience has honed her strong work ethics and adaptability, making her an inexhaustible problem-solver.

Christos Georgantzos
Christos is a qualified lawyer, licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Greece. He has developed acute expertise and broad-spectrum skills in corporate and administrative law matters, notably in acquisition and reorganisation transactions, in synergy with other partners.
Christos has assisted corporations and public entities on public transactional or litigation cases. He has particular expertise in representing public/private entities and big groups in litigation cases related to public tenders for procurement, PPPs and public and private contracts.

Corinne Rouze
Corinne has been living in Monaco for almost 30 years. Open-minded and sociable, she has worked as an executive assistant in various Monegasque companies. Her knowledge of the Monegasque landscape allows her to adapt to the requirements of clients.
With more than 20 years of experience in shipping, Corinne has acquired and developed multiple skills essential in commercial relations. She has always known how to listen and deliver exceptional service levels to customers, and her past work experience is a perfect match for clients’ expectations.
